Latest Michelin Chicago guide snubs Grant Achatz’s Next restaurant

Chef Grant Achatz’s disappointment was made obvious Tuesday following the release of the listings in the highly anticipated second edition of the Michelin Guide Chicago 2012, which conspicuously left out one of Chicago’s most celebrated gastronomic darlings this year: Achatz’s latest restaurant Next.
