Smiles, Lights and Abundant Good Cheer, that was the theme of this year’s Festival of Lights Parade in Bangor. It featured more than seventy units, celebrating the holidays. Parade organizers say the floats were even better this year. TV-5 took part in the parade, some walking in it. Jon Sm . . .
